I love the maple that grows in front of our house.
First, the tree is situated in a tight corner by the garage, yet persists in growing forth into this huge, beautiful round canopy that every fall turns into a campfire of color.
Secondly, the tree is to our house what a fancy ballgown is to a mannequin: dressing our house’s lack of interesting architecture into all kinds of posh.
