As I say in the book, I’ve got quite a few neurodiverse family members. Neurodiversities include mental illnesses (i.e., depression, schizophrenia), learning disabilities (i.e., dysgraphia, dyslexia), developmental disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD) and physical issues (stroke, cerebral palsy).
