We all experience psychological minefields, those expanses we wander into that can cause us to either explode outward toward those we love, or inward where no one can see the catastrophe.
In those dark times in which we face the harm done to us, even if unwittingly, it’s important to reach out to others, even when it seems like no one will care. There are always people nearby who can, and will, provide a moment of compassion that can point us in the right direction of healing.
It took a lot for me to reach out, but I’m so glad I finally did.
Thank you to all of you who have reached out to me since the publication of BLISS ROAD. I cherish your stories and the chance to encourage you on your journey.
And thank you to my friend, Frances Rivetti, who provided such a thoughtful quote.
