WINTER LIGHT Read-along: June 1 - 30

I'm excited to announce that SCATTERED LIGHT, the sequel to WINTER LIGHT, my IPPY Gold Medal in YA book, will be published in less than 6 months by Vine Leaves Press!


That means the wheels are turning in preparation for the launch of SCATTERED LIGHT. I just finished looking over the publisher's copyedited version to literally make sure all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed. The next step will be to get a first look at the new cover.


In the meantime, if you haven't read, you can prep by purchasing a copy of WINTER LIGHT and joining the Instagram read-along with @sue.wallace1974. She'll post 10 questions every week, which will invite you to get involved in a conversation with your fellow readers.


To be honest, Mary Donahue has become a huge part of my life. I owe her a lot for showing me why people sometimes need not just a little help, but a lot, in order to succeed. She’s taught me empathy, grace and what true grit looks like.
